what a way to start my entry today about my....diet...haha i never been this open about my diet @ weight, but now i am! since this "diet" thing is like a epidemic in HA group, y not take it seriously rite??
ok so my goal is to lost 5kg in 7 weeks...go easy with yourself...besides, if you lost it too quick @ fast, one simple mistake could spike up the weight again...now, we don't want that to happen rite? so i take an approach 'go slow'...
for those yg tk suke or HATE counting calories, you're sort of weak-lah...and your main problem is you can't control yourself, that's why you hate counting calories...lalala...for me, i can cope with the approach...so now i watch my calories + exercise 3 times a week, focusing on my abdomen + thigh + butt...so far i had no problem in other area...my butt is my no 1 prob, then thigh and last is abdomen...
alhamdulillah after 3 weeks i started my diet, i've lost in total - 1.5kg!...maybe not a bigger number for you, but for me -yeay!! i did not suffer from starvation...i still can eat what i love to eat and i still loosing weight...yeay again!
my BMI now is 22.8 and i'm trying to loose it till 20 (the most)...sounds impossible to you?? sound like a challenge to me...

so let me share how i do it:
bftast - 2 toasted bread + 2 half boiled egg + nescafe -- total calory is around 376 OR
- 2 toasted bread with planta + kaya spread tak lebih dr 1 sudu teh (less is better!) + nescafe -- total calory around 220 OR
- maggie curry (once a week) + nescafe -- total calory is around 420
lunch - 2 sachet of nesvita + 1 sachet of CCPP -- total calory is 307 OR
- 1 sachet of nesvita + 1 sachet of CCPP -- total calory is 207
tea break - 2 slice of toasted bread with light spread of kaya + butter + plain water -- total calory around 150 OR
- koay teow sup -- around 380 calory
dinner - depends on how much calory taken during the day, so i'll prepare the food accordingly so that i did not exceed the calory intake...if we're (me & husband) is going to take heavy dinner i.e spagetti, we'll have it earlier @ 730 pm. and go to bed around 11 pm. dinner time for my family is by 830 pm the latest...
and, EXERCISE...don't hate to exercise! it's not just for your slimness, it is also for your fitness + heart's health! for me, i do push ups around 30 time everday and exercise that focus on trimming my thigh + butt (source from youtube)
so, if you ask me which celeb's body that i'm drooling for, my answer would be - Shakira!! she's a real women! she's not slim or skinny...she's a real women...and real women has curves ok...those who straight cut...urhmmm sorry! haha...like my husband said to skinny @ straight cut women --"ermm tkdak apa pun kat dia"...LOL!

it's undeniable, latinas babe has the most gorgeous body cut compared to other native...the have curves, they have gorgeous look...the perfect kind of women to me...
i'd like to put up more photos of other latinas here but google-ing it is a problem sbb nnt result kuar ada yg berbogel la...separuh bogel...tk fasal2 org igt aku layan gambar blue nnt...hoh!thanks to tasha who has been my diet buddy and mentor...we're now fitness pal members! yeay!
