How To Release Stuffy Nose on Baby/Infant

aku br tahu pasal air + garam solution ni boleh release bb punya stuffy nose...aku tahu ni masa harraz umo tk sampai setahun...dia kena selsema then bila malam, dia susah nk tido or tido asyik bunyi2 sbb tk selesa dgn hidung yg berkolamkan hingus + tersumbat...so, my paed approach is more on drug free method utk this type of common illness...dat time, the doc was very kindhearted sangat...dia bg Sterimar ni FOC...he said it's his sample stock the he got from supplier...of koz new one bukan yg dah dipakai...many2 thanks lah doc! since i know you, terasa ingin nk jd doctor sgt! tp sbb takut ranking kematian meningkat disebabkan  mishandling etc...aku lupekan aja...haha

ok sterimar ni sea saltwater tk silap aku...kaedahnya, spray ke dalam lubang hidung bb...aku selalu mengerengkan harraz seblom spray tu...spray sekali...rest 2 minutes then buat the other side pulak...hasilnya, hingus senang nk di pam kuar OR nnt bb akan sneeze dan keluarlah segala hingus2 jahat itew! alhamdulillah harraz buleh tido lena...thanks for the recommendation Dr Chia! for more info on this product, boleh check out dis website: http://www.sterimar.com/en/... it's safe, no worry...i'd rather use this method utk reduce the flu gradually rather than taking meds...
