whoaa dah lama kan tk blogging...dem i miss blogging...life has been so crazily busy lately...
anyway, this story is about...urm i'm not sure...whoever reads it, feel free to judge it.
ok i have 2 runners...indian (if that matters to you)...both are doing their job great so far...except for one small thing...i detected they've been cheating about attendance & their presence-ness (i just made this word up)...
last Friday, i didn't see J since after lunch...seriously, eventho how busy i am, i don't think i'm that blind to notice him as he's very tall & tough body (buncit la bit)...and both of them are just beside my cubicle...how could i miss? when i asked him the next monday, did u come in after lunch...he said YES - vigorously...but i'm not satisfied...i asked him, did u talk to me after lunch dat day? he said yes?? i become MORE suspicious...
i asked kzana, did she sees J after lunch, her answer is NO...weird aite? coincidence? my second boss? do not bother to ask him if he notice them or not coz somtimes even alien stop by pun he didn't realize. he's in his on world. haha...either that or fall asleep....
yesterday...i didn't see M (j's partner) after lunch...till around 2...when i asked J, he said M in production...i was like....really???...he confidently answer YES...ok then i asked again...so collection in production today all done yeah? he said yes...ok then what is M doing in production?? i asked AE, they didn't assign them to do anything...so what is he doing? or WHERE is he, actually??
ok then i said, if he's production, ask him to come down and take this NA, bring to AE BAY and follow AE to fix it at MATS#70-1 station...dat didn't happen...instead J is the one who did dat... i suspected J is covering for M absence-ness (another word i created hihi)...so ok...i gave him some time...till 4 pm, i didn't see M...i'm about to off to mother room for my afternoon pumping session. then i approach my 2nd boss...
"R, did u ask M to do anything for you today?"
"No...why?"
"hurmm weird...i didn't see him since lunch time. when i asked J, he said M in production...but all RCC task has been done today."
then my 2nd boss pun angkat fon dialing M's number...put it on speaker phone...M said he's in restroom...i said to myself...REALLY?? then my 2nd boss asked him to see him at that moment. after my boss hang up the phone...i told him.
"in the restroom? since when?? 1 pm? seriously? is he stuck in the toilet seat or something?"
boss only giggles slightly then said he'll handle it from there.
cut the story short, M only walk in to see my boss around 450 pm...whoaa! 50 minutes later! what had happened to you in that toilet?? he's not even wearing smock which proves he's lying about being in production. he just came in...came back from home...
the point is, i have totally no problem with my runners despite error made here n there...BUT...the big BUT here is that i don't appreciate being cheated to. i don't like ppl telling me lies and right in front of my face - confidently!
if you have any problem that u can't came in, just ring and let us know...don't just whoshhh disappear and lie about it!
ok some said i'm bad la for telling boss about M...what are you expect me to do? sit down and do nothing about it? HELLO...their presence affect my works, so i have the right to give a sh*t about their presence-ness...last word, if you wanna work, do your work in proper manner...else, just resign, go home & die.
ok the last word may sound harsh...let's keep it that way...everystory office needs a really bad villain...rite? hehehhe
