ok...dah lama dok draft @ pikir nk buat this entry tp tertangguh2 dek kerja...ok let's break the 'thumbs up' and 'thumbs down' into points utk elakkan aku membebel2...or worse - cursing...

• workmanship atau hasil finishing kitchen cabinet mmg puas hati...all the complaints pasal soft hinges yg tk work properly, telah diganti baru









• plaster siling, hidden light styles...mmg cantik, moden, simple dan workmanship - KEMAS!









• all the new wiring for downlight yg relate to plaster siling...my BIL yg seorang chargeman pun sgt impress dgn hasil kerja derang...mmg kemas!









• wiring job utk aircond x 2 units pun very memuaskan eventho mula2 ada yg aku komplen here n there...

• suka tukar spec menda2 yg dipersetujui dalam quotation TANPA acknowledgement homeowner! i.e: wiring dalam bilik, diperbuat bagai setinggan walhal tkdek pun aku suh wat wiring dalam bilik tuh...mmg nk keep as original. MOTIF: nk pursue us buat plaster siling as a result, $$ ka-ching! masuk poket dia...ada lg cth tuka spec ni, tp aku dah story dalam previous entry...

• head contractor jenis yg sit back at the office n biar sub-con buat kerja tanpa monitoring! one day kalut call suh buh solex sbb dah pasang grill + oven + hood + hob...takut org curi konon...so we all kalut la lepas kerja, hari jumaat plak tu pi la nk solex...sampai2...grill pun belom pasang lagi!! WTF! husband siap cakap..."ini nk solex lubang hidung dia boleh lah ni"...LOL...aku dah membebel macam Kimora with unspeakable facial epxression! siasat punya siasat, org grill pi pasang grill silap rumah...tingkat 20...acceptable kah excuses yg diberi oleh kontraktor yg kononnya experience 10 yrs ++?? baru 10 months ++ kot!


• hal grill lagik...hr tu order design lain, bg design lain...mujurlah design tu acceptable...so aku dah penat nk argue...nnt buta2 kena heart attack...walhal, code utk grill stated dalam quotation...more EXCUSES??


• sebok2 call suh pi tgk rumah, kononnya dah 100% siap...sbb nk last settlement payment...mujurlah we all check rumah then baru pi kat ofis dia...this is what we found out: ada siling yg masih terbukak kesan lepas proses pasang lampu downlight...mcm ni ke kau kata siap A*lan???

• dah tu masa amik pic kat atas, we all tkleh masuk sbb the kontraktor dgn BANGANGNYA guna solex depa instead of guna solex yg we all dah kasi...hmm couldn't think of any +ve points for this.
• the contractor, iya2 suh pegi opis dia 630 pm amik kunci...walhal earlier we went there 5 ++ dia tkdak pun!! tp a day before iya2 suruh ambik kunci dr dia as if kunci dah ada di tangan dia...mmg cilakak betoi la buang masa travel dr island hanya utk rasa geram kt dia...

hmmm...bnyk -ve dr + ve ek...hmm that's the truth...skrg this contractor dan hands down, tk amik projek perumahan aku dah sbb ramai complaint macam2...masuk contractor baru...yg lagi hantu dr contractor nih...hah bijaksana betoi developer!!
