Our opening number takes us straight back to the 1920s with a Broadway-themed warmup! The snazzy moves give you plenty of dramatic moments to express your inner diva (or divo, for the guys).

We then jump forward to the 1970s for some good funky Disco! Immortalized by John Travolta in Saturday Night Fever, rediscover why it took the dance floor by storm with its fun and simple moves. By the end of the track you’ll be pointing your fingers and shaking your booty with style!

For our first cardio peak we will learn some authentic 80s Jazz. Jazz became quite popular in this decade, inspired by movies like Fame, Flashdance, and Footloose. The style of the music reflects this era of shoulder pads and acid-washed jeans, climaxing with the classic “Vogue” track by Madonna!

The 1990s saw the emergence of Pop music, fueled by the MTV generation. Boy bands and girl groups were the “in” thing, and one such popular group is The Pussycat Dolls. We take this chance to recover our heart rate with some sultry, sexy moves that would fit right in their music video!

We then jump right into the latest dance styles with a 22-minute House block! There are some great songs in here that will transport you into a club and allow you to just get lost in the uplifting sensation of House! Finally, a futuristic R&B track takes us home on a beautiful groove down.

In terms of music, get ready to dance to hits first popularized in the 70s and 80s right up to the latest chart-toppers from Katy Perry and Chris Brown! This release has been in development for almost a year, and I think you will enjoy this trip down memory lane as much as I enjoyed creating it. See you at the launch!
